How to Use?

Start from the center of the lid and move your way out. Do not draw the complete line in one go. Keep the outer most thicker and you can retrace the liner on the outer corner to make it thick. Use a matte base eyeshadow to lid beforehand, to create a nice canvas to apply the eye pencil.
